Frank joined the Cresta family of companies in late 2021 as the CEO of Braya Renewable Fuels, serving in that capacity until October 2023. He remains actively involved with Braya, focusing on its hydrogen, wind and ammonia export development plans. Frank is a seasoned energy executive with extensive experience leading sustainable energy transitions and organizational transformations at large electric and gas utilities. Prior to joining Cresta, he was Chief Energy & Sustainability Officer at CPS Energy.
